This week's Time Out Fashion Special, guest editor and Central St Martins graduate Gareth Pugh unveils the hottest new style talent! (which happens to nestle, unsurprisingly, in the East End)As well as a Pugh and Daphne Guinness interview, the issue includes a delightful 'Stephen Jones and friends pick their top London shops' before the opening, this Tuesday of the genius milliners exhibition Hats: An Anthology at the V&A.
