Writer, lecturer and artist, Jonathan Faiers author of Tartan (Berg) will give a talk on the history of the traditional fabric at the V&A Wednesday 18 February (13:15-14:00, Hochhauser Auditorium.)
Faiers will discuss how artists and designers such as Westwood, McQueen and Matthew Barney have subverted the traditional fabric and how it has influenced stage costumes and interior design as well as fashion.
The talk is free and no booking is required.
